Lauren Ash

 Lauren Elizabeth Ash, born February 4, 1983, is a Canadian actor and comedian based in Los Angeles. She was originally from Belleville, Ontario. Ash is most famous for her part on Superstore's sitcom Dina Fox. Ash is also a member of both Second City Toronto Mainstage and Second City Chicago mainstage and is a member of the sketch comedy duo "Cory!" She was a Canadian Comedy Award nominee for the title of Best Female Improviser in 2006 and 2007. In 2012, she took home the Best Performance by a Female – Television for Almost Heroes award. In 2015, she took home the award for the title of Best Female Performance in a Feature Film for her part in Dirty Singles. She was also a guest on the show pranks called "Scare Tactics". From 2020 onwards, Lauren co-hosts her own podcast, "True Crime and Cocktails" with her cousin, Christy Oxborrow.
